The printer friendly icon may be seen on many of the pages on my web site. You can click this icon to load a printer friendly page. This should allow you to print the page more efficiently. Many pages on this web site are designed to be displayed on the web. Before printing a page click on the "Printer Friendly" icon, if there is one on that page. If the page is a search page you should switch to the printer friendly page and then search, if you plan to print something out.
The printer friendly page will usually remove the gold bar on the left side and format the page for
standard US printers.  This will allow you to print the info on 8 1/2" x 11" paper. The printer friendly pages are tested with printer settings using 0.5 inch header, footer, and margins in portrait orientation. I hope this helps make my web site more useful for you.
If loading a printable page still does not look right when you do a "Print Preview" you could try removing frames by telling your browser to "Show Only This Frame," depending on your browser.
This page was tested to print on one side of an 8 1/2" x 11" page.
