Staging

Staging means to prepare the home for sale. To  Set The Stage  for selling. If
you have ever visited a new home development and seen the models. These are
usually professionally staged homes. The model homes often have all the
upgrades that you can add to your home. They often have very nice furniture
that is well coordinated with the colors of the home. Sellers that stage their
home for sale often net more than homes that are not staged. In a buyers
market it may make the difference between getting the home sold quickly or
having your home on the market a long time and eventually getting less for the
home.
