Lock Box
A lock box is a strong box that holds the key that is used to access the home.
The lock box has a combination lock or can only be opened by an electronic
device. The electronic device keeps track of what lock boxes were accessed,
and by which agent. This improves security, while allowing maximum access
to the property. This will improve the marketing. The listing agent can get
information on what agents accessed the property. They can contact them
for feedback.  Some buyers are only in town for a few days to look at homes.
If the real estate agents can not get access to your home during that time the
buyers may just do a "Drive By" and end up making an offer on another home.
